This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a comfortable bar area. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first visit, which was amazing. I’m coming back for xmas!

I found the breakfast buffet really satisfying especially the hot items were good on the first morning and I appreciated the convenience of checking in quickly when we arrived late and the staff were friendly enough to help us out

Unfortunately, the breakfast lacked variety. more hot options would really enhance the experience. The tea kettle in my room was faulty, which made it inconvenient to enjoy a warm drink. Parking fees were higher than expected, £10 for 24 hours. There were also a few hiccups with housekeeping, as my towels weren't changed even when instructed. Despite these issues, I would still consider staying here again for the convenience and cleanliness.
